The Diputación de Valencia (Provincial Council of Valencia) organises, in collaboration with other entities, the 23rd Valencia Iturbi International Piano Competition, in tribute to the great Valencian pianist José Iturbi. The competition will take place from 4 to 14 June 2025.
Pianists of any nationality born on or after 4 June 1990 (inclusive) may take part in this competition.
Any candidate who has won the First Prize in previous editions of the competition will not be admitted.
Likewise, applicants who have received lessons from members of the Jury (including master classes) during the two (2) years prior to the start of the competition, i.e. from 4 June 2023 (inclusive), will not be eligible to participate in the competition.
The period for submission of applications, together with the additional documentation required, runs from 8 May 2024 until 23:59:59 Central European Time (CET) (UTC+1:00) on 25 November 2024.
