  1. 1. To be familiar with and accept the terms and conditions of the competition..
  2. 2. Not having received classes from members of the Jury (including master classes) during the two (2) years prior to the start of the competition, i.e. from 2 June 2025 (inclusive); as well as the commitment not to receive them between the publication of this call for applications and the start of the competition.
  3. 3. The details of the place and date of the recording provided for the pre-selection process are true and correct, and the fact that the identity of the person recorded and the applicant is the same.
  4. 4. The details provided regarding tax residence are true and correct.
  5. 5. Not be subject to any of the circumstances set out in Article 13.2 of the General Subsidies Act 38/2003, of 17 November, which is an essential requirement for beneficiaries of the awards.
  I request participation in the 23rd Valencia Iturbi International Piano Competition, granting representation to an authorized official of the Diputación de Valencia (Provincial Council of Valencia) to formulate my application for grants and participation in the competition. And, for the purposes of administrative treatment and compliance with the public interest subject of the competition, I give my express consent to the processing of my personal data and assign the copyrights mentioned in the call.
