Danylo Saienko
Danylo Saienko, born in 1991 in Lviv, Ukraine. After his studying at the S. Krushelnytska Specialized Music School in Lviv under Yuriy Moysak, he pursued studies at the Mykola Lysenko National Music Academy in Lviv with Jozef Ermin. And further refined his skills at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg and Rostock with professors Anna Vinnitzka and Mattias Kirschnereit. Now currently studying in Royal Conservatory Antwerp by Prof. Sergei Edelmann.
As a pianist, Danylo has gained significant recognition in numerous international competitions. He has been awarded first prizes at Maria Canals Competition in Barcelona (2015), Palma d’Oro IPC (Finale-Ligure, Italy, 2023), Concours International Piano de l’Ile de France (Maison Laffite – Paris 2022), third prize at I.J.Paderewski Piano Competition in Bydgoszcz (Poland 2022) and others.
His impressive performance career has taken him across Europe and beyond, where he is praised for his technical proficiency and expressive interpretations.
In addition to his performing career, Danylo also performs in various projects as a jazz-fusion pianist and composer.
