Davide Cava
Davide Cava, originally from Turin, Italy, began his musical studies at age 4. He graduated with highest honors in piano performance from the State Conservatory of Turin, studying under Luigi Dominici and Marina Scalafiotti. He furthered his education at the Accademia di Pinerolo and Talent Music Master Course in Brescia, earning a full scholarship to Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, where he obtained a Performer’s Diploma and a Master of Music in Piano Performance under Joaquín Achúcarro. In 2023, he received a scholarship for an Artist Diploma at Texas Christian University with Tamás Ungár.
Davide has won numerous awards, including the Silver Medal at the Panama City Piano Competition and was a semifinalist at the Rome International Piano Competition. He has performed in Europe and the Americas. In 2024, he debuted at the Chigiana Academy in Siena and at the Festival de Úbeda, Spain. He is also a soloist in Fever’s Candlelight series, featuring classical and film music tributes.
