Natalie Schwamova

She has won prizes in more than 20 international competitions, including first prize at the Marienbad Chopin Competition (as the youngest winner), second prize at the Smetana Competition and first prize at the Alicante Concert Society Competition. She was one of the youngest participants in the Warsaw Chopin Competition in 2015.

She has performed as a soloist with major orchestras in Europe and America, including the Pilsen Philharmonic, the Prague Chamber Philharmonic and the Bohuslav Martinů Philharmonic. She has given recitals in venues such as the Auditorio Nacional in Madrid, the Palau de la Música Catalana and the Warsaw Philharmonic, and this year she made her debut at the Berlin Philharmonie. In 2023, she received the award for outstanding student in her department, presented by Her Majesty Queen Sofía.

She began her piano studies at the age of six in Prague, training with Pía Sebastiani, Milan Langer and Frantisek Maly. She is currently at the Reina Sofía School of Music in Madrid, where she was a student of Dmitri Bashkirov and is continuing her studies with Milana Chernyavska, Claudio Martínez Mehner and Denis Lossev.
